Fluca is an online financial management platform for individuals and small businesses.
We may collect information you provide, including name, email, username, encrypted password, preferences, support messages, and financial records voluntarily entered in the service.
The app may process session identifiers, platform details, device name, IP address, and access logs. Data required for offline use may be stored temporarily on your device and synchronized when a connection becomes available.
If enabled, push notifications use a technical device token and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Transaction values and descriptions are not included in due-date notification content.
Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe and the Apple App Store. Fluca does not store complete credit card details.
We use data to operate accounts and features, calculate balances, generate reports, send requested alerts, process subscriptions, answer support requests, and improve the service.
We may send account activation, password recovery, configured reminders, operational notices, payment notices, and important product communications.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only when required to operate the service, process payments, send communications, comply with law, or protect users and Fluca.
We use access controls, password hashing, and technical safeguards. No system is completely immune to failure, so users should maintain a strong, private password.
Data is retained while needed to provide the service or meet security and legal obligations. You may delete records or request permanent account deletion.
You may request access, correction, applicable portability, sharing information, consent withdrawal, or deletion, subject to legal and operational limitations.
Fluca is not intentionally directed to children. Accounts created contrary to applicable law may be restricted and removed.
