Delete your Fluca account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data through the app or website.

Delete financial records only

You may delete all pending and completed transactions while keeping your account, categories, bank accounts, cards, and recurring bills.

  1. Sign in through the app or website.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete all records.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

Delete the account and all data

This permanently removes access and associated transactions, categories, accounts, cards, recurring bills, preferences, app sessions, and notification tokens.

In the app

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Security zone, select Delete my account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

On the website

Sign in, open Settings, and choose permanent account deletion.

Minimum retention

We may retain minimum records when required by law, fraud prevention, service security, or proof that a deletion request was fulfilled.

Try to recover your password or contact us using the email associated with the account.
